Scott Jackson (Owner/President) recruited Lindsey Williams and Cynthia Shaw in July 2019 to form ScooterJ Logistics (SJL) LLC.

ScooterJ Logistics (SJL) has operated as a business in the state of Washington since 2002 to maximize individual financial growth. SJL transitioned to clean fuel solutions for the Pacific Northwest and beyond in 2019.

SJL partners with regional fuel-tanker supply companies to distribute multiple blends of renewable gasoline and provide full scale fuel logistics services to governments, cities, municipalities, counties, states and other fleet entities that want to lower their carbon footprint with renewable fuels. As an environmentally sustainable project, SJL is leading others by providing a solution to reducing emissions effectively and efficiently to meet your goals to reduce carbon emissions locally.

Scott is the owner of SJL, which is limited liability company formed in 2002 to maximize individual financial growth. SJL transitioned to clean fuel solutions for the Pacific Northwest and beyond in 2019. Prior to incorporating ScooterJ Logistics (SJL), Scott was a Senior Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army for the previous 10 years and is a retired Combat Veteran. Scott was a Senior Associate in KPMG’s Seattle Security, Privacy, and Continuity Advisory Services practice with over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Mid-Level Management, and Business Resiliency. He is skilled in assisting clients with Project Development, Project Implementation, Logistics, Procurement, Training Development and presentations to senior management and staff. Additional experience includes Fiscal Budgeting, Business Strategy Planning, Platform Training, Course Development and implementation, contracting, and financial reporting process improvements.

Scott served as a Program Manager in the training section of the Emergency Management Division at Washington State. Scott has worked as a Financial Planning for First Command Financial Planner and held a series 6/63 and Washington State Insurance License.  Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health from Cameron University and a MBA in Business Management from St. Martin’s University.

Lindsey Williams

LINDSEY D. WILLIAMS, MBA

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS

Lindsey is a business professional with a diverse background in Distribution, Transportation, Fleet Management, Account Management and customer satisfaction.  In logistics, Lindsey has performed at a management level with retailers Nordstrom, Burger King, Amway and Milgard Windows.  Responsibility has included Profit and Loss, Expense, Purchasing of Capital Equipment, Fleet Management, Asset Management, Staffing, Contract Negotiation, Third Party Management and Strategic Planning.  Account Management of strategic accounts, prime customers and communication with customer leadership to meet their requirements has provided Lindsey with the background and skill sets to fulfill their needs. A native of Seattle, currently living in Tacoma, earned his Bachelor of Science, Business at the University of Washington, and a MBA at the University of Phoenix.
